The parties anticipate completing the acquisition on Friday, July 13, 2012.

This July the Acclipse Team is on the road, hosting free events to showcase how firms across New Zealand have made the move to online software, and start a discussion around what the daily benefits of such a change are.

We're aware that the challenges facing the industry today are different from those from 5,10 or 15 years ago - and these events are designed to get them out in the open and find practical solutions to them.

These events will look at:

Today marks the first anniversary of the earthquake that hit Christchurch at 12:51 pm on Tuesday, 22 February 2011.

I know for many of our Christchurch-based staff, clients and other members of the wider Acclipse community this is an important day of reflection, and a significant milestone in the recovery journey.

The people and businesses of Christchurch have shown incredible resilience over the past 12 months - weathering the constant barrage of aftershocks, and dealing with the uncertainly they bring.
